      Probably just high off the fumes from the spray paint he used to paint all the trim, grilles, and wipers with.

            There's a ridiculous orange 323i that keeps popping up and then dissappearing on chicago's CL. Stock-ish ride-height with a massive wide-body kit. Never a good combination. Has a mile-long list of go-fast parts though.

                                          It is a truck cap modified to allow tall things to sit in the trunk area. They remove the trunk lid and put this over the top. It is ugly as sin, but would be functional I guess
