-11F for a high.  With wind chill, that's going to end up in the -30's I bet. Cars are affected by wind chill.   Monday when it was -16F with wind chill my car acted suicidal. I am glad im not driving the E30 because it feels like the cars are getting tortured (nasty vibrations, oil pressure doesnt build for about 5 seconds after startup)
