I used these folks to ceramic coat a header several years ago. Did a good job.

Mike I've wanted to check out badger coatings which is just down the street from my place, looks like they do a lot of automotive coatings.

I can powdercoat parts myself, but I only have a small toaster oven to work with. A valve cover would be too large for my setup tho.

                Thanks for the info.

I had mine done at B&K Powder Coating and I am very happy with the results. For stripping and coating both (V8) valve covers in black it was $125 and mine are magnesium which they were unsure about doing. They did a great job and had a quick turnaround also.

Does Hytec also do media blasting?  I have a set of wheels that need to be refinished.

Any places closer to fox valley with media blasting/powder coat? Or is it worth it to drive down to hytec or whatever.

Anything in the Madison area?  I know of a place on Columbus and a place call All-color Powder but they had a bad review.

All-color does very good work. There's also a place in middleton called apex coatings.
