Radio won't turn on in cold. Gotta heat car up. Turn off, then back on. Ideas?

I tried googling my symptoms, but couldn't find much... And the little bit I did find, wasn't helpful

Factory. It worked flawlessly in the 40's and 50's. But once it started to drop in the 30's and lower, it once in a while did this, now with this cold snap it always does it. It's semi annoying, because turning the car on an off doesn't always work. And that uses more gas then it's worth.

I would have, but can't turn the radio off, if it' isn't on! ;)

Although, I haven't tried a battery pull yet. So I guess that's next? lol.

I would recommend turning it off and on again.

Do a stomp test, then you'll know what the problem is
