      M50 head part number 11121748391
      S50 head part number 11121703637
      M52 head part number 11121703637
      S52 head part number 11121703637

Besides the displacement differences between the 2.8, 3.0, and 3.2L, the cylinder heads are the same (except for M50 2.5L)

Camshafts are different between M50/M52  and S50/S52

There isn't anything mind-blowingly different between them internally besides the displacement and cam profile

Heads on m50/m52 are the same besides having an extra port drilled and tapped for the coolant temp sensors.  Cams and trays for m50 are different than m52 I think this is why different part numbers, they have the same profile but the m52 cams are thicker and will not fit in early trays.
