Todd Gillette at Gillette Auto Body in Waukesha does good work.  Hes the auto body instructor at WCTC so he does know what hes doing.  His shop did some body stuff on my evo and it looked amazing.

Tom's Auto Body in Delafield does excellent work. I know one of their painters. They do really nice custom work too. Might be a little pricey, but like you said you get what you pay for.

I'm looking to get a wheel powder coated black myself, I know of a place in Elkhorn, but it's just too far.
