It's from the Isle of Man race.
Basically they close down a bunch of sketchy roads and race on them with gp bikes.
I know this is a car forum, but this is off topic. so logic.
short version = these guys are nuts.

The Isle of Man TT is one of the few great races they actually show on TV every year. I particularly love the sidecar motorcycle races.
