Looks like spam to me. I see nothing about Wisconsin on this website. Actually, if anything it looks non regional specific whatsoever but, perhaps Illinois as its registered in Illinois and there is a Illinois event. I wont delete this, just to give the poster the benefit of the doubt, but if we don't hear back from you OP... We'll be deleting the spam.
