Build thread/running log of my E28? Guess I can do eet.
-
Nah, I don't have a chip, I wanna get a header back exhaust for now, basically some sick tubular headers, and 2.5" straight back, but thats if I keep this thing.
That E21 isn't bad. But a bit more of a project then I want. I'd only jump on something in that condition if it was a 2002, or an Original Mini, those are about the only ones I'd really go to any length to try to restore. But I'd love other people's options

-
Im not a fan of cloned chips but it may be worth a try
-
^at that price, I'd just not buy it an save myself the money. My motor has nothing done to it, not even a cold air intake. Which I gotta do at some point, and I have a "custom" exhaust, which needs to be replaced from me scraping everywhere.
I wanna get at dinan chip at some point.

Yeah, I really don't know what the fuck I'm gunna do. I can do hard piping for a cold air, but For right now, I'd like to just do my exhaust. Too bad Extrudabody is $$$$$ for their M30 ITB setup. And the worst part? Not even true ITB's. It's just a triple throttle setup, not 6 individual TB's..

Snow camo looks amazing
I agree, how do you think it'd look on the E28 though?

and if you ever have to run from police, you can blend in with cows.
Big square car, super slammed, I wouldn't be outrunning shit! LOL
-
blend in with a bunch of square cows that are laying down maybe
-
yeah man, parking lot cows. they exist.
-
no no no, we are on the square parking lot cow train. If anywhere, they would exist here in Wisconsin.
Im not sure snow camo could be pulled off on an older car design. Think of the lambo online and the other sweet cars with that color scheme and they are all modern, now imagine a 64 Mustang with it. I personally just cant imagine it working on an old car like it does on something new and high-tech looking. just my opinion though

I think it could pull it off, but whenever I see stuff like that I think the guy is trying too hard. Doesn't mean it looks bad or good, just a real 'look at me' sort of thing.
That's another thing I'd be afraid of, I don't wanna blend in with day to day traffic, but I don't wanna be a pop out eye sore.
If I didn't go the urban camo route, I think I'd plastidip my car flat tan (like Earl's Ti) and do a panzer paint scheme, flat tan, with war marks on it. Nothing to indepth, just subtle an clean.
