There is also a "trail" that starts towards the west end of the boat ramp parking lot that climbers use to access The Reserve that can supposedly be used to access the south bluff, but I think it involves a lot of bushwhacking/potentially getting "lost".

Also, be careful on the roads out there. I saw 2 accidents yesterday and followed a guy driving on the wrong side of the road all the way up to the crest of the hill on Ski HI road because he/she was gawking out the window at the trees.
