              From the DMV website: "Vehicles kept in the following seven counties of southeastern Wisconsin are subject to emissions testing: Sheboygan, Washington, Ozaukee, Waukesha, Milwaukee, Racine and Kenosha"

                  My shitty s10 pickup is registered in Jefferson and I keep/drive it in Brookfield/Milwaukee all the time. 🤷‍♂️

                      My M3 is registered in Waukesha county and kept in Walworth county.  Easy enough to change via the DOT website nowadays.  In the past you had to do it in person and it was annoying to explain why your car was kept in a neighboring county.
