I have to say, turnout was even greater than expected! Great to see familiar and new faces alike. Perfect weather and an amazing variety of cars. Big thanks to everyone that attended and so nice to see such great enthusiasm for not only e30s but BMW's in general. Here's to next year!

I'm john, I'm 23 and I don't have any kids (that I know of) and I'm a fire suppression designer for J.F.Ahern. I draw, survey,calculate sprinkler pipe to keep people from getting burned from fire. Ive been a full time designer for 4 months now and its fun. Best part is I get to go out to job sites. I got into cars once I got my first vw. It was always broken so I had to fix it a lot. Bought my first E30 a few years ago and ever since its been on jack stands. Here are a couple shots of a job site visit before we started install. I have the Mercedes dealer tool Star diagnostic. It's not the throttle body, and the pedal is fine. The voltages for the two potentiometers in the TB are not at the right value coming from the ecu, with the correct proms for the car. When I put the parts car proms back in I get the correct voltage but obviously no start.  I guess it's obvious, just trying to understand why the throttle body would be tied into the immobilizer when it already doesn't allow it to crank if there is an issue.

Saw you driving again yesterday. I cant begin to tell you how stoked I was to see teh big winter tires on your car.

Saw the new owner posted it on BAT and got about $8500 for it.  . . . . . . Just joshing, sad to see it go but congrats on thinning the herd!

I was trying to think of the most useful tool I always forget about and a nice set of picks is definitely the answer. I picked (heh) up the same set of those Milwaukee ones not too long ago and they're amazing, have yet to damage one unlike my old craftsman set that have been destroyed, enjoy!

So far so good I had not religiously used any additives except for the Liquid Moly system cleaning kit FCP sells initially but I’m now adding in Power Service every tank that I fill up or when I remember to toss some in while at home.

Same, bought everything on the shopping list for winter projects and still probably forgot some stuff.

I was happy to finally figure out how to drive for the third race. The 03 cart probably helped too=P
