Hey guys I got a 89 325ix automatic with 146k. Originally a Colorado car which I am the third owner. All receipts since car was purchased new. Doing a semi full restoration. I will update progress as I move along. The biggest think is last owner Macco paint the car black. Original color is lachssilber. Currently I plan on removing all minor rusts spots and replant car original color. Along with interior restoration, and maybe a few more little items. Project due date is November 2013. all panels are all original with matching Vin # , except hood and left fender. I think that motor was rated around 180HP. It was a nice track car but wasn't very practical as my daily driver for 5 years. I like the E30 much more. I've only driven Road America. I'll be doing Octoberfast again this year for sure. I'd like to do an event at another track like Blackhawk or Gingerman or something just for a new challenge. But money and time will be a factor if I can pull something like that off.

^girlfriend tries to kill it too. But she won't win. M50 intake manifold would be good I have Rokkors but id suggest the raceland ultimos for cheap coils. Get some ground control tall rsm's when you get them too so keep it riding smooth

I replaced the brake booster check valve with one from an E21, did a valve adjustment (yes its been nearly 15k since the last one O__O), re-gapped the spark plugs and my car is no longer a torqueless wonder.
