Central locking freaking out while I drive.

So last night, leaving work as I occasionally do, I fired up my car and let it warm up a bit. I started driving and I heard a funny mechanical clicking. I looked over and my locks were bouncing up and down in bursts. It was highly unusual. I felt like I was in that movie poltergeists. Anyone have experience with this issue? Any ideas of how I could track down the problem?

Hung over as hell, I pulled my door panel and removed the faulty micro-switch, and replaced with one from my E28. The locking system was freaking out because the plug had come partially out of the power unit and was making contact over bumps. I could have done a micro-switch picture how to thread, but I was in so much pain from being hung over that I just didnt care.

That could narrow down your search for possible shorts.
