<![CDATA[How and how much to start a site like this. Please help]]>I am wanting to start a site like this but not for cars. For another hobby of mine. Was wanting some in site on how you went about starting/designing it and how much it costs,etc. It would be pretty much the same layout.

I've used PHPBB before, Pretty nice. vBulletin is nice, if you're lazy about set up. Their defaults are rock solid. :)
