<![CDATA[Dry Ice Versus Sound Deadening]]>Who has done it and what were your experiences in doing so? I may be looking into removing sound deadening in a car coming up soon to replace it with a better alternative and to check for rust.

This would be a good way to do it. The leftover adhesive I had came off with a different combo of shit I had laying around

My trunk tar came out with just a paint scraper. The sound deadening in the cab also came off with a scraper/chisel/hammer combo but was more of a PITA.
