<![CDATA[Weird smell coming from my garage]]>Half of my garage had a weird rot smell. Now the whole thing does. Any ideas?

Exterior pretty decent - very little rust it was a southern car. Interior is trashed. Wheel bearing is REALLY bad I am actually surprised I made it home. 

I've got a ton of extra parts so I am going to get it back up to snuff, fix the wheel bearing and see what she can sell for after swapping the suspension/wheels with OEM stuff.

PO did not do the best job rolling the fenders. That's ok though it'll sell for $3k+ this spring to some scenester.
