i voted for 'timid drivers' because I've been almost killed twice by drivers who stopped on a freeway onramp when attempting to merge.

They think they are driving a semi and need more room than they really do, too slow on merge ramps(timid), they are as responsive as a drunk driver or texter, drive as slow as machinery, constant braking is almost as bad the school bus strobe...i could prolly go on... lol
