<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" version="2.0"><channel><title><![CDATA[E46 oil leak]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">So I noticed I am losing oil at a somewhat high rate(ballpark half a quart in less than 1k miles).I took a peak under the car over the weekend and noticed oil was covering a good majority of the under carriage.(made it hard to see where it was coming from) I took some pics, and my initial thought was oil pan gasket, but I am wondering if the oil filter housing could be the cause of this mess, so I tried to see the side of the block from the engine bay, and I do see some oil there as well. <p dir="auto">CCV and VCG have been done (dealer repaired right before I bought it)</p>

Price ranges from around 40 bucks to 300...I would imagine there is a certain dye needed for an oil leak, as opposed to an A/C leak...?</p>
