Has anyone done this or know of any good write ups out there? I've looked but cannot find a good how to and would rather not cut and pray.</p>

You could make it come off with a couple of pins, so it would be uber quick on the track to do some fixin' without absolutely having to take the radiator off every time. But, when you want to, its just a bolt or two, and a couple hoses to do so. </p>

<p dir="auto">Its a ford 9" e30 with a borg warner turbo and e85 and a t56, I bet you can find it on google</p>

I figured they were made removable to pull engines easier, and you need the radiator out to do so. Maybe I am missing something g.</p>

I ended up cutting mine out not so nicely because mine was a bit too rusty to want to put back in.</p>

You essentially remove yours with a spot weld drill bit and then bolt it back on when you're done.</p>
