    You'd be amazed what you can do with alittle time, a random orbital buffer, and some good buffing compounds. Most people never bother to put in the elbow grease but it's worth ever minute.

    Original 25 year old paint on entire drivers side - new paint on hood/bumper:

      You're killing me! lol Mine had a few too many days in the Texas/Cali sun and decided to peel. I have plenty of dents to tackle as well. (Pic doesn't do it justice but this was the day I picked it up. Hood was already rattle-canned).

        I say embrace the sun fade (with the right exterior changes - it can "work"). A full respray is $$$$ and only worth it if you're fully committed to the project.

              I forget how lucky I am to have a spraygun in hand and a warm place to use it. Cant wait to start my next project.

                Ugh lucky you are! I just fired up the torpedo heater long enough to put my new tool chest together and now I'm back inside.
