Just can't seem to find it. Found a set of steel rims with snow tires mounted on them that are from what appears to be an early Mazda Miata. Rims are 4X100. Wondering if these will fit my car?

If the center bore is larger than 57.1 you can get hubcentric rings to take up the slop. The offset will be heavily affected by how wide the wheels are so feel free to run those numbers past us when you find wheels you like.
