It is referred to as nano coating by some. There are a few dealers that offer to spray it on your car for an extra cost when you are buying new. My uncle just bought a new Forester and took the option. It was pretty pricey IIRC.

Honda was an engineering powerhouse in the early 90's and now the only thing they brag about in their advertisements is their bluetooth stereo with Pandora.
