Concours all day every day. I have received nothing but exceptional service and communication from them.

My buddy tried taking his M3 to IA once and was basically just ignored/disregarded, which was enough to steer me away.

Was this at Kruse in Dubuque?  They are less than stellar in my book.  Ridiculous prices and poor customer service.  I got there at 12:05 on a Saturday to pick up some parts and nobody could get them because the parts dept closed at noon.  But there were at least a dozen people there standing around.  It's not that hard to find the baggie with my name on it and take my cash...

2/94 325i Sedan, Arctic Gray: UUC LTW FW, EVO 3 and DSSR, +.020 Maxsil pistons, ASC delete, Eibach shocks/springs, 16" contour reps 238k
3/93 325i Coupe, Schwarz 2, Sketchy stance action, ebay turbo, 300k
'89 325i Vert, Alpine White: 5spd swapped, sold.

'04 Toyota Sienna: 24V to 24V swap in progress

    '05 Volvo V70R, 6spd.  200k
'85 Toyota LandCruiser: Lifted, gas hog. 205k
'99 Nissan Maxima: 5spd, Rusty but trusty winter beater. 252k RIP.

Just to clarify once the parts department closes, its like locking a vault. Only parts dept employees have access/keys to get in. Unless you requested something to get set out you're stuck waiting till the next morning.

The guy walked into the parts dept and looked for like 10 seconds and claimed he couldn't find it.

When your CPO runs out Kummrow is a great independent BMW shop just around the corner from concours

If you knew the back ground of kummrow. You might lose some respect for them.
