Got the car out of storage two weekends ago when it was warm just to circulate the fluids and what not. Car started in half a crank, so no issues there thankfully. Also, very little fluid underneath the car for sitting in the same place for almost 6 months. Really no big plans for the car this year other than some continued maintenance. I addressed a big portion of things on top and front of the motor last summer. Aiming to target the lower portion and the rear. Now that I’m thinking about it, I still have this Ireland Engineering cat back I bought last summer and never had installed, so that will be a big thing I’ll look to have done.  OFHG for sure, and possibly looking at having the RMS and crank seal done. Have the trans resealed, new guibo, trans mounts, slave cylinder, drive shaft CSB, etc. Starting to build out the shopping cart on FCP. Hopefully just a lot more miles this year. Got some more work done to the M50. I got the trans, clutch and flywheel off of it, and took off the harness and all the old vacuum and coolant hoses. Then threw it up on a stand so I could work on it without throwing my back out. As of right now I have the manifold nuts and studs soaking in penetrating oil and the rest of the engine soaking in deagreaser. Been a bit since I updated this.  The first Partee Racing motor snapped the crank and he built me a new motor of the same exact spec without hesitation.  Currently working some tuning issues out as we switched tuners.

I dislike the phrasing that ECS used for their lift, as there is no height issues limiting tire size. The limit to tire size is the front spindle design, the control arm ball joint mtg is over the tire instead of behind it. You are physically limited to a 31" OD tire unless you completely redesign the front suspension or run a large spacer.  [image: image.png]   HipMF said: I;m thinking about thos Sidewalls. The last snow we had on Sunday I saw a clownshoe doing donuts in the rear lot of Miller park.

Been a very hot minute since I’ve posted anything here. Winter 2018-19 through the summer of 19 I was doing engine work on my motorcycle. And just had low motivation to work on the BMW. But I started to tear into it during COVID. I ended up pulling the whole interior, going to be going with an all black interior. I acquired most of the swap from the parts car I had 4 years ago. The dove grey interior that was in it was pretty shot. But since about this past May I haven’t really touched it til this last month or so.
